Organon Italia is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Italian organization, coaching managers and shaping talent and diversity initiatives. You will drive organizational talent strategies and advise on change management and employee relations across Italy.

The role requires strong PM skills, stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Italian and English to navigate a complex matrixed pharma environment.

Qualificações

• HRBP experience in Italy is required.
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is essential.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills are expected.
• Excellent stakeholder management ability is required.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to leaders in Italy and align HR services.
• Develop and drive talent and diversity strategies in Italy.
• Support talent management and organizational alignment activities.
• Coach managers on cyclical people processes like performance and succession.
• Provide learning strategies and solutions to enable talent strategy.
• Support local Talent Acquisition and GTA activities.
