Job summary

Organon in Italy seeks a senior HR Business Partner to provide HR support for the Italian organization. You will coach managers, develop and support the talent and diversity strategy, and work on talent management, change, leader effectiveness, performance, compensation, and employee relations.

Reporting to the HR Lead Italy, you will collaborate across the HR network to resolve issues and drive organizational change, while ensuring compliant and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BSC University degree.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• Depth of experience as a HR Business Partner in Italy.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous but not required.
• Project Management skills.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to leaders in Italy.
• Create and drive talent and diversity strategy initiatives within Italy.
• Support all talent management and organizational alignment activities.
• Coach managers on cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession, performance, compensation).
• Provide learning strategies to support talent strategy.
• Talent Acquisition support for local GTA activities.
• Lead HR initiatives across Italy with project management.
• Collaborate across the HR network to resolve escalated issues.
• Provide Employee Relations guidance on performance, conflicts, policy and legal compliance.
• Assist management with grievances.
