Job summary

Organon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR support for the Italy organization. You will coach managers, develop talent and diversity initiatives, and drive organizational change and performance management across Italy.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, experience as an HR Business Partner in Italy, and strong project-management and stakeholder relationships. Local market responsibilities within Italy are a key focus.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred.
• Experience as HR Business Partner in Italy.
• Experience in a large matrixed environment is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to leaders in Italy.
• Develop and drive talent and diversity strategy within Italy.
• Support talent management and organizational alignment activities.
• Coach managers on cyclical people processes (talent, succession, performance, compensation).
• Provide learning strategies to support talent strategy.
• Support talent acquisition and local GTA activities.
• Lead HR initiatives across Italy with project management oversight.
• Collaborate with HR network and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategy and execution.
