Sungrow Europe in Italy seeks an HR Operations Specialist to connect HR strategy with business teams across Italy. You will partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance with Italian labor laws, foster strong employee relations, support talent acquisition, onboarding and development in the Italian context.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally international.
• Experience with Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving.
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
