Sungrow Europe in Italy is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives tailored to the Italian market. The role focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a high-performing work environment.

You will support talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and HRIS management while advising on compensation, performance, and organizational design for the Italian region.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
• Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
