Rockwell Automation is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support for managers and employees in Udine, Italy. You will partner with HRBPs, implement performance management, coaching, and development initiatives, and help ensure policy compliance and local regulatory alignment.

Reporting to the HR Manager Italy & Israel, you will collaborate across HR functions, payroll changes, SAP projects, and global HR programs in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' human resources experience, including direct, hands-on HR work.
• Bachelor's Degree within Human Resources, Business, or related.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HRBPs and COEs to execute performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Provide onboarding support for contractors in Udine and liaise with external agencies.
• Support local payroll changes, SAP implementations, and HR program rollouts.
• Ensure local policies and procedures comply with Italian law and corporate requirements.
• Deliver HR training and assist with investigations and employee relations.
