Agoda is seeking a talented, results-oriented Project Manager to join our finance team in Rome. You will lead key strategic initiatives, coordinating with IT, Product, Legal, and business units to implement finance-focused improvements and scalable processes.

Competenze

• Total 8+ years in finance/accounting roles.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance project management experience (P2P/O2C/R2R/Treasury).
• Ideally with experience in tech/e-commerce finance operations and business analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance; professional qualifications acceptable.

• Coordinate requirements and trade-offs across accounting, tax, operations, treasury and systems.
• Lead process integration and automation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
