Grafton seeks a Finance Manager to lead accounting operations and implement the Group operating model in a multinational setting. You will ensure data accuracy, drive end-to-end accounting with the local team, and serve as the main contact for the parent company on financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, strong English, and a structured, proactive mindset. This on-site role is based in Rome, offering growth within a global Finance function.

Competenze

• English fluency (written and spoken) required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Structured approach with high attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Implement and apply the Group operating model (processes, controls, reporting calendar).
• Independently manage general ledger activities and day-to-day accounting.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and prepare Group reporting packages.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and related reporting.
• Act as main contact for parent company on accounting and reporting matters.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data and reports.
