Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to own the marketing strategy and P&L for a strategic partnership. You will lead a small team, drive multi-brand campaigns, and align partner priorities with Agoda’s profitability targets.

The role sits at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution, requiring data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization to deliver measurable business impact.

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
