Arkage is seeking a Mid Project Manager based in Rome to lead client projects with a focus on delivery, scope, timing, quality and profitability. You will coordinate across creative and technical teams to ensure proper planning and on-time execution.

You will manage day‑to‑day client relationships, lead operational meetings and support pitches, while aligning with the CX and finance teams on billing milestones and budgets. Italian and English fluency are required.

• Experience in digital agencies, creative environments, or corporate marketing.
• Proactive problem solving with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• University degree or background in marketing/communication or STEM.
