Job summary

Lely Italia seeks a commercially driven Manager Proposition – Feeding to lead the Feeding portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye. You will collaborate with Lely International, Cluster SEET, and Lely Centers to drive sustainable growth and market adoption.

You will report to Head of Commerce and work from Colturano (MI), with travel within Italy and to Maassluis (NL) as required. University graduates with strong leadership and a customer focus are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• University studies completed.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Experience in leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Drive the Feeding proposition strategy and execution across Southeast Europe & Türkiye.
• Develop and enable an effective distribution network with Lely Centers.
• Ensure end-to-end execution aligning sales, installation, and service.
