Belmond is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst for Southern Europe to support fair, competitive reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. You will deliver compensation analysis, benchmark data, and reporting in close partnership with regional HR teams and the Global Compensation & Benefits team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Compensation Analysis, or a closely related C&B role.
• Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, salary survey submissions, and compensation reporting.
• Good understanding of job grading, job mapping, job architecture, internal equity, and market competitiveness principles.
• Familiarity with benefits analysis, benefits benchmarking, vendor data coordination, or benefits governance would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of European pay reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap and EU Pay Transparency, is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality compensation analysis, including salary benchmarking and internal equity reviews across Southern Europe.
• Support the International Compensation Review process with data preparation, validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Participate in salary survey submissions and interpret market data to provide practical insights.
• Assist in job mapping and architecture across Belmond properties in Southern Europe for consistency and governance.
• Prepare compensation insights and reports for HR Business Partners, regional leadership, and the Global Compensation & Benefits Team.
• Support pay equity and EU Pay Transparency preparation through accurate analysis and reporting.
• Provide analytical support for benefits activities including benchmarking, renewals, vendor data coordination, and governance.
• Maintain compensation, benefits, job, and employee data in HR systems with HRIS colleagues to improve data quality.
• Support HRIS testing and system improvements affecting compensation, benefits, job mapping, and reporting.
• Contribute to statutory and LVMH group HR reporting related to compensation, benefits, pay equity, and workforce remuneration.
