TikTok Inc. is seeking a Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Manager for the EU Key Account team. You will shape operational playbooks, drive cross-functional programmes, and scale seller onboarding across Europe.

You will partner with Key Account Managers and teams like Strategy, Data, and Product to translate insights into scalable processes while delivering impact across markets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
• Proven experience in business planning, operations, project management, or strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Build and improve playbooks, toolboxes, and frameworks for seller acquisition and incubation.
• Drive programme and project management across Key Account priorities.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to identify needs and solve ops challenges.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Data, Product and others to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and processes.
• Support establishment of repeatable best practices across markets and accounts.
