TikTok is seeking a Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) professional to join the EU Key Account team in Italy. You will help scale seller acquisition and incubation by building practical playbooks and cross-functional programs that translate strategy into execution.

This role requires strong programme and project management, stakeholder collaboration with Key Account Managers, and a data-driven approach to improve seller outcomes across markets. Excellent English communication is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in e-commerce, business development, or related field.
• Proven experience in business planning, operations, programme and project management.
• Ability to structure problems, manage multiple workstreams, and drive execution.
• Experience building operational processes and enablement materials.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams and senior partners.
• Analytical mindset using data and context to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Mansioni

• Build and improve playbooks, toolboxes, and operational frameworks for seller acquisition and incubation.
• Drive programme and project management across Key Account priorities with clear planning and delivery.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to identify business needs and improve ways of working.
• Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Operations, Data, Product, and other commercial teams.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and practical processes.
• Establish scalable, repeatable best practices across markets and accounts.
