Abbott in Milano is seeking a detail-oriented Bids & Tender Specialist to support the preparation and submission of public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to drive opportunities and ensure compliant submissions.

The role requires at least 2 years in tender management or similar, strong English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and other customer-related submissions.
• Analyze tender specifications and requirements to support competitive and compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to evaluate products, pricing, and commercial conditions.
• Liaise with customers when clarification is required regarding tender or offer details.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
• Communicate awarded tenders, pricing updates, and relevant contractual information to Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.
• Support internal teams with questions related to tender processes and contractual agreements.
• Maintain organized records and archives in line with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and tender management processes.
