Stryker is seeking a Tender & Contracts Specialist in Italy to manage the end-to-end tender process, coordinating with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product Management. You will oversee identification, qualification, response, and evaluation, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

You will support pricing, maintain contract databases, and drive improvements in the tender lifecycle, while updating stakeholders on timelines and outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tenders & Contracts.
• Experience with tender processes and contract management in a regulated environment.

Mansioni

• Scout tender opportunities through relevant platforms.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team in tender activities to create the commercial offer.
• Pro-actively communicate timelines and status updates with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update contract management systems and databases.
• Review tender requirements and terms and conditions.
• Support pricing specialists with tender information.
• Register tenders in Nexus for direct and indirect tenders.
• Obtain approvals according to the DOA (Delegation of Authority).
• Highlight contract renewals and monitor contract compliance.
