SYSTRA in Italy is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate technical and economic tenders at national and international levels within the Tender Department. You will lead the proposal lifecycle, collaborate with project managers and technical experts, and shape competitive offers to support winning bids and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with public procurement rules and MEAT evaluation is essential

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• 2–4 years of experience as Proposal/Bid Specialist/Manager or Project Manager in an engineering firm.
• Knowledge of Public Procurement Code and award procedures for engineering and architecture services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word).

• Bid management and coordination across the proposal lifecycle to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Technical-commercial interface with Project Managers, internal experts, and external partners to assemble inputs.
• Technical proposal development including methodological reports and management plans.
