SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle for Executive Education and Corporate Solutions in Milan. You will identify opportunities, design tailored learning solutions, and close complex deals with corporate partners, building long-term relationships and driving revenue.

The role requires 8+ years in BD/consulting, fluent Italian and English, and travel availability; hybrid work 3 days in office plus up to 2 days smart working after

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services
• Strong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring
• Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate, and successfully close complex deals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus
• Availability to travel

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships
• Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations
• Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
• Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
