ADMISSIONS PROFESSIONAL

We are looking for an ADMISSIONS PROFESSIONAL for our SDA Bocconi Guidance, Recritment & Admissions Office.

The overall goal is running the rigorous selection and admissions processes for the Master Programs offered by SDA Bocconi, guaranteeing candidates a professional yet welcoming touchpoint while managing all steps and procedures in an effective, punctual and precise way.

The Person Will Be In Charge Of

• Managing the selection process (procedures+interviews) for the entrusted Masters
• Carrying administrative admissions activities
• Supporting orientation activities
• Dealing with candidates and companies
• Actively cooperating with Masters Directors for all matters involved with the admissions of candidates
• Being the interface with all internal stakeholders for all matters involved with the admissions to the entrusted Masters
• Producing analysis and reports on admissions activities and suggesting innovation

And More Specifically

• Interviewing candidates and evaluating candidates’ profile;
• Verifying and evaluating documentation and prerequisites for Master candidates; operational support in organizing and conducting the selection; operational activities linked to final assessments and communicating the outcomes to candidates; enrollment assistance;
• Running administrative admissions activities;
• Managing student registration, waivers and reimbursements; handling economic stimulus packages (exemptions, scholarships and loans);
• Contributing to orientation activities (in synergy with and support to the Recruiting Team);
• Supporting the Recruiting Team in providing information to prospects

Requirements

• Degree;
• At least 6/8 years of prior experience, in the field of selection and recruiting; preferably at a university, administering students/alumni/faculty services; international exposure and/or prior experience at a research institute or HR recruitment/consulting company;
• Familiarity with the dynamics of the work world and professional careers (acquired through consulting, orientation, recruiting activity in a business organization or service company);
• Knowledge of work methods for consulting and an ability to understand the needs of stakeholders;
• International experience studying/working/living abroad (at least one year);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly-expanding environment;
• Flexible, positive attitude and a youthful mindset;
• Excellent English and Italian.

SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 – 20136 Milan (3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after successfully completing the probationary period)
