Job summary

SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, building long-term relationships with corporate partners and delivering tailored learning solutions.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, ability to close complex deals, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services are required.
Strong ability to identify opportunities and develop client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience designing tailored learning solutions and proposals.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert them into long-term client partnerships.
Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations.
Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.
Drive revenue and negotiate/close complex deals.
Collaborate with Faculty, Marketing, and Program Offices to deliver impactful solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
