Workday is seeking a Senior Advisor for Professional Services Sales to drive strategic transformation with AI, data insights, and extensibility. You will partner with an account team, engage GSIs, and secure value-based agreements, focusing on advisory services over pure deployment, influencing executives to adopt a modern Workday platform.

You will guide change management, demonstrate business value of AI/ML, and lead negotiations for complex service agreements while building long-term

Competenze

• 5+ years in Professional Services Sales or Strategic Consulting/Advisory in Enterprise Software or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years partnering with Global Systems Integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proven Change Management experience addressing people and process aspects of digital transformation.
• Ability to explain business benefits of AI, ML, and PaaS without needing to code.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and empathy for relationship-building.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts in business value.
