Allianz Technology is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer to lead the journey from AI usage to AI-native software delivery within a 300-person organization. You will design the transformation roadmap, establish guardrails, and embed AI-powered practices across the SDLC, from coding to operations and support.

You will enable teams with training, playbooks, and tooling, scale use cases, and define metrics to measure adoption, productivity, quality, and risk reduction.

Competenze

• 8+ years in software delivery with 3+ years AI enablement or transformation at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and applying LLMs/NLP to SDLC.
• Solid DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing automation, and observability foundations.
• Proven change leadership with training programs and adoption tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience defining guardrails for responsible AI and enterprise alignment.

Mansioni

• Define responsible AI standards, guardrails, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Stand up enablement programs, playbooks, and a use-case factory to pilot and scale value.
• Embed AI across the SDLC, including coding assistants, test generation, and code review.
• Provision tooling and support onboarding; build AI accelerators and dashboards.
• Drive change management and train champions to sustain adoption.
• Prepare leadership presentations on strategy, risks, and outcomes.
• Run steering cadence and adjust course as needed.
