Workday is seeking a Milan-based Senior Services Executive to lead strategic advisory and business development for Professional Services. You will shift from traditional implementation planning to strategic guidance, managing service growth with a focus on value realization and transformational outcomes.

You will engage with Global System Integrators, drive negotiations, and shape contracts while traveling up to 35%.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Sales or Strategic Consulting/Advisory roles within Enterprise Software or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years of experience working with Global Systems Integrators (Big SIs) and understanding their delivery models and commercial structures.
• Proven experience in Change Management and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
