Reply is seeking a Manager/Senior Consultant specialized in Strategy and Management Consulting with AI experience, preferably in Insurance projects. You will lead strategic initiatives, shape business and operating models, and drive AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents and knowledge workflows, for insurance clients.

You will work with PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools, manage project workstreams, oversee planning, delivery and profitability, and coach team members.

Competenze

• Academic background in management or economics is required.
• Experience leading complex strategic projects in Insurance/Financial Services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic projects for Insurance clients and drive business transformation.
• Develop operating models and leverage AI-driven solutions in projects.
