Haworth seeks an AI Transformation Lead to drive planning, coordination and governance of AI projects across Haworth Lifestyle and Haworth International. You will partner with business leaders, define strategy and roadmaps, and accelerate AI adoption with measurable value.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and delivering governance and change management to scale AI across the organization, while aligning with business objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with several years of project leadership experience.
• PM certification (PMP, IPMA) or equivalent.
• Fluency in Italian and English is expected.

Mansioni

• Drive AI transformation programs from strategy through adoption and value realization.
• Define AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritized initiatives for growth and innovation.
• Coordinate AI program budgets, vendors and resources for scalable impact.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress, risks and value to executives.
• Deploy AI governance, policies and risk management practices.
• Collaborate across business, IT, data and HR to remove adoption barriers.
• Lead change management to build AI capabilities and user adoption.
• Identify and scale AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
