Through interactive pre-sales demonstrations, you will not only analyze an organization's environment but also articulate a vision of the "Future of Work." You will propose how Workday’s Enterprise Services—can solve complex business concerns and drive efficiency.

Competenze

Pre-sales experience in SaaS or AI platforms.
Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management.
Understanding AI/ML in enterprise environments and generative AI usage.
Fluent Italian and English, capable of simplifying complex topics for executives.
Ability to manage multiple sales cycles under pressure.
