Moncler in Milan's Galleria boutique is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee all operational support activities, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery while upholding the brand's standards. You will lead the team, manage stock replenishment, coordinate shipments, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with store procedures, driving exceptional client experiences and sales performance.

Qualificações

• Managerial experience in luxury or retail environments is preferred.
• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales service, and customer relationship management is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management.
• Leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong digital mindset with MS Office and payment/inventory systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational support activities and processes in the store.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed objectives and support the sales team to maximize performance.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory tracking and supply management.
• Oversee Back of House: shipments, stock management, and workspace cleanliness/safety.
• Coordinate team efforts and assign responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Ensure all equipment and IT tools necessary for boutique performance are functioning.
