Job summary

Moncler in Piazza di Spagna, Rome seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead operational support from January 2027. You will drive efficiency, manage store assets, support sales, and ensure compliance with procedures to maximize boutique performance.

Ideal candidates have luxury/retail managerial experience, strong inventory skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The role includes an annual gross salary of €43,000–€53,000 and MBO incentives with meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Prior managerial experience in luxury or retail environments.
• Strong inventory management expertise and procedures.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and inventory/point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-sales service by handling returns, exchanges and complaints with empathy.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking and supply management.
• Manage Back of House, coordinate shipments and maintain a safe workspace.
• Organize team efforts, assign responsibilities, and drive achievement.
• Ensure equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance function properly.
