Moncler Group in Piazza di Spagna, Rome, is seeking a Store Operations Manager to start January 2027. You will lead operational support, optimize inventory and customer service, and ensure compliance, driving sales and client experience the boutique environment.

You will oversee back‑of‑house processes, coordinate a team, and monitor KPIs to sustain excellence with a focus on compliance, asset management, and colleague development.

Competenze

• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after‑sales service and customer relationship management is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management.
• Fluent in local language (Italian) and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Successful initial experience in a managerial role; international experience is a plus.

• Oversee after‑sales service, returns, exchanges and customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth daily operations.
• Improve operational processes for efficient workflows.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking and supply management.
• Manage Back of House: shipments, stock, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Coordinate team efforts and assign responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Ensure equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance function properly.
