Saint Laurent is seeking a Senior Store Leader to promote brand engagement and loyalty, recruit and develop talent, and maintain store culture in line with Headquarters guidance. You will coach a team to achieve KPI targets and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements while overseeing inventory and customer experience.

With 4–6 years in luxury retail leadership, you will manage at least 10 staff, demonstrate adaptability, and drive high standards.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in selling luxury goods or retail.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business goals.
• Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent while aligning with Headquarters directives.
• Coach and develop staff to grow professionally and meet KPIs.
• Lead sales on the floor and monitor daily, weekly, monthly activities; drive results.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability and stock processes.
