• Significant experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

• Commercially aware with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding sales and service.
• Set pace and standards for client experience and sales performance on the shop floor.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to build capability.
• Identify internal talent and support succession planning and career progression.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new team members; deputise for Store Director when required.
