Maintain a luxury environment with flawless Visual Merchandising, coach the team, recruit and develop talent, and ensure operational and commercial excellence.

• Experience in luxury brand retail and managing store teams.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop talent while maintaining brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Establish a constant focus on Brand and lead on the shop floor.
• Be present on the shop floor and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a luxury environment and execute Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Develop talent and manage recruitment, mobility and succession planning.
• Drive store performance, commercial initiative and operational excellence.
