Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth, to shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel’s global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics.

You’ll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention across a hyper-global product. Remote work flexibility and strategic mentorship are offered.

Competenze

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping.
• Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions.
• Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow.
• Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work at speed while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration.
