Deel is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager for the Mid-Market segment to lead onboarding programs across EMEA from Trieste, Italy. You will guide onboarding projects, act as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related matters, and champion new capabilities to help clients expand with Deel.

You will manage onboarding initiatives across stakeholders, ensuring timely, successful launches, while collaborating with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and deliverables.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product, especially in HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Customer-obsessed with ability to teach others
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail for onboarding plans and schedules
• Adaptable, autonomous, able to prioritize and unblock work
