Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth, to shape growth-focused experiences for Deel’s global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics.

You’ll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention. This role offers strategic influence, mentorship, and the opportunity to impact millions of users across a hyper-global

Competenze

5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role.
Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping.

Define and deliver design across multiple growth initiatives aligned with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses.
Partner with design system stakeholders to drive growth-focused design system strategy and motion usage.
Rapidly design, prototype, and test features using A/B testing and data insights.
Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards.
Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys.
