Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth, to shape growth-focused experiences for Deel’s global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics.

Competenze

• Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
• Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions
• Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow
• Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work at speed while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration
