Deel is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to lead migrations from acquired companies onto the Deel platform in Italy. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure smooth onboarding for each client.

You will champion product capabilities to clients, drive process improvements, and partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Competenze

• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role supporting a B2B SaaS product.
• Solid understanding of the managed Payroll domain.
• Ability to learn and understand systems to support clients or internal colleagues as needed.
• Comfortable working with large data sets across different data domains with working knowledge of data transformation techniques.

Mansioni

• Set up project plans with key deliverable dates.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Direct and assist with data migrations from acquired company systems to Deel.
• Manage tasks with dependencies across teams to meet client deadlines.
• Support teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions.
