Deel is seeking a client-facing professional to act as the face and voice for customers, building durable relationships and transforming them into long-term revenue opportunities. You will identify churn risks, share product feedback with stakeholders, and drive adoption of Deel features to improve retention and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes remote work flexibility, involvement with a global customer base, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant, client-facing experience.
• Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building with calm demeanor under stress.
• Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility.
• Proven track record of achievement and ability to impact business outcomes.
• Strong analytical foundation and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

• Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in your market segment.
• Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
• Build and nurture client relationships, uncovering pain points and growth opportunities.
