More about the role

This exciting opportunity is for a Specifier & Account Manager in Milan, Italy, working with Signify.

Responsibilities

• Approach new architects from your own network and follow up on leads.
• Be the face of Modular in the market through proactive customer visits and other activities.
• Build long‑term relationships with architects, light planners, and value‑added resellers.
• Serve as the creative partner in lighting design, guiding and inspiring architects, light planners, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design/Architecture, Lighting Design, or related fields.
• At least 3 years in architectural lighting, preferably selling design products.
• Basic knowledge of architectural lighting and ability to inspire with technical topics.
• Strong commercial and social skills with a wide network among architects and interior designers.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• Structured mindset with good ability to work independently.
• Proactive, people‑oriented, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Milan area or nearby.
