Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. seeks a Regional Marketing Manager for South Europe to own regional market insights and drive region-specific GTM actions.

You will align divisional roadmaps with regional applications and target accounts, engaging with customer engineering teams to position Vishay’s capacitor portfolio effectively. The role requires fluency in English and a regional language, plus the ability to travel mainly within South Europe and coordinate with Sales/FAEs to prioritize

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or comparable technical discipline.
• 3+ years in the electronics industry; passive component experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working directly with customer engineering teams.
• Experience working with distributors is a strong plus.
• Proactive, structured, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own regional expertise on customers, applications, competitors, and market trends for Vishay’s capacitor portfolio in South Europe.
• Leads divisional capacitor strategies into regionally executable Go-To-Market actions.
• Acts as the technical-commercial representative at key customers.
• Identifies and structures new growth opportunities based on market and application insight.
• Translate customer and application needs into structured technical inputs for Divisions.
• Align with Sales and FAEs on opportunity prioritization and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Support contract negotiations and provide pricing-positioning input as required.
