Job summary

Cleavey is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to support CISOs at major banks, driving technical discovery, PoCs, and demos, and integrating with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, and WAF. You will tailor value propositions and guide product/marketing with market feedback.

You will engage in customer-facing activities, translate security needs into Cleafy capabilities, and present clear technical narratives to executives and security teams. English and Italian fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats and modern security architectures.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for CISOs and security leaders to address perimeter security and real-time fraud management.
• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demos, and PoCs to show Cleafy integration with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and other security tools.
• Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies.
• Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
• Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists.
• Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals.
• Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence.
• Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.

In this role, you support Cleafy’s mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts. This is a hands‑on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk.

Requisiti fondamentali

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware, and modern security architectures
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security)
• Ability to articulate security‑driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs and security teams
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
• Strong public‑speaking presence at conferences and executive roundtables
• Technical academic background in cybersecurity or related field (plus)
