Cleafy is aSaaS security company focused on left-shifted fraud management. We are expanding internationally and seeking a Solution Engineer to advise CISOs and security leaders at banks and financial institutions.

You will articulate how Cleafy strengthens defenses, reduces fraud risk, and integrates with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, and WAF. You will lead technical discovery calls and PoCs, collaborate with product and marketing, and represent Cleafy at events and roundtables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales or security-focused roles for enterprise vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, network security)

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and PoCs for enterprise customers
• Represent Cleafy at industry events, security roundtables, and executive meetings with CISOs and security leaders
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align security solutions with client needs
• Support RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to drive customer confidence

Cleafy is expanding internationally, and we’re looking for aSolution Engineerto help drive our mission forward.

As aSolution Engineer, you will act as atrusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management, and Security Leadersat major banks and financial institutions. You will be responsible forunderstanding customer challenges, andarticulating how Cleafy strengthens enterprise cybersecurity defenses, reduces fraud risks, and integrates seamlessly with security infrastructure.

You will:

• Be part of the Sales teamcollaborating daily withcustomer success, product marketing,andproductteams.
• Engage with CISOsto address challenges inperimeter security, external attack mitigation, and real-time fraud management.
• Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO, ensuring Cleafy’s cyber-first approach aligns with fraud risk management strategies.
• Report key market insights and customers’ feedbackto the Product and Marketing team.
• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), showcasing how Cleafy integrates withenterprise security infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, TXM, etc.).
• Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers, working in tight connection with Product Specialists.
• Represent Cleafy at key industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions with CISOs, fraud leaders, and security professionals.
• Support Cleafy’s value proposition fine-tuning across regions,working tightly with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security assessments, and technical discussions that drive customer confidence.

• 3+ years of experienceinpre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services for security vendors, or security consultingfocused on enterprise cybersecurity, enterprise security, fraud prevention (with a strong cyber perspective), ordigital risk (with a strong security focus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architecturesand solutions.
• Hands-on experiencewith enterprise security stacks, includingSIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
• Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategiesto CISOs, security teams, and fraud teams, including cyber details.
• Fluency in English and Italian, Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong public-speaking presenceat cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
• Technical academic background in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field is a plus.
