Job summary

Cleafy in Napoli is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security stacks such as SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, and WAF.

This hands-on, customer-facing role combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk. You will work with cross-functional teams, lead deep-dive meetings, and help tailor value propositions while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware, and modern security architectures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security).
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and customer-centric storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demos, and PoCs to show Cleafy integration with security tools.
• Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies.
• Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals.
• Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
• Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists.
• Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence.
• Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk.
