Job summary

Clefay is seeking a Solution Engineer for South Europe (Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention) based in Sardegna, Italy. You will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, drive technical discovery, PoCs and demonstrations, and show seamless Cleafy integration with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, and other security tools.

You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor value propositions, collect market feedback, and guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware and modern security architectures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security).
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.

• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demos and PoCs to show Cleafy integration with security tools.
• Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies.
• Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
• Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists.

In this role, you support Cleafy’s mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk.
