Alpitronic Srl is seeking a Software Product Owner to drive the evolution of our EV charging software solutions, bridging business needs, customer requirements, regulatory frameworks, and development teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will define the software roadmap, own the backlog for charger modules, and collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, hardware and software teams and external partners to turn requirements into actionable tasks.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner for complex software products, ideally in embedded systems, IoT, energy, or e-mobility environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product backlog management.
• Ability to translate technical requirements related to embedded software, networking protocols, and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of EV charging standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, and IEC 61851 is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic product perspective.
• Fluent in English as well as German and/or Italian

As a Software Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our EV charging software solutions, acting as the link between business needs, customer requirements, regulatory frameworks, and development teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and manage the software roadmap for our charging solutions, translating business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear development priorities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for charger software modules, ensuring the right balance between product maturity, development capacity, customer value, and business impact
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, System Architects, Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, and external stakeholders to transform requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable development tasks
• Support Agile development processes through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous alignment with development teams

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product backlog management

• Knowledge of EV charging technologies and standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, and IEC 61851 is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

• Total compensation starting from € 64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
