As Manager System Functional Verification, you will lead a team of verification engineers responsible for ensuring that every software release integrated into the charger is verified at system level following the V-cycle methodology. Your mission is to guarantee release quality through efficient, repeatable, and risk-based verification activities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive the overall System Verification strategy aligned with product quality objectives and the R&D roadmap
- Lead the planning and execution of system verification activities for software releases, covering functional, performance, interoperability, and regression testing
- Ensure full traceability between requirements, verification plans, test cases, execution results, and reported defects
- Drive risk-based verification planning, balancing test coverage, execution efficiency, and release priorities
- Coordinate defect management activities, supporting root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams to maximize release quality and verification effectiveness
- Promote continuous improvement of verification methodologies, test processes, quality metrics, and automated verification capabilities
- Ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of verification reports and release readiness documentation
- Lead, coach, and develop the assigned System Verification team
- Plan and optimize resources, laboratory utilization, and workload across multiple concurrent development projects
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in system verification, validation, or software testing environments
- Hands‑on experience working in V‑Model‑based product development environments
- Experience with hardware/software integration and system‑level verification activities
- Strong knowledge of system verification methodologies, requirements traceability, and defect management processes
- Familiarity with automated testing environments and data‑driven verification approaches
- Project planning and prioritization capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage priorities across multiple projects
- Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plus
