CAP INGELEC is seeking a CSA Construction Manager for on-site leadership in Milan. You will coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary civil, structural and architectural construction activities from preparatory phase through handover, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical and QHSE commitments.

The role is primarily site-based with frequent travel across Italy. A Civil Engineering degree and a track record of 10+ years in industrial building projects are required, along with

Competenze

• Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills; fluent in Italian and English.

• Define methods, procedures, resources and anticipate constraints.
• Manage project execution, coordinate on-site operations, monitor progress, budget and schedule.
