An established international project delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for its large-scale energy infrastructure projects in Milan. This role focuses on developing schedules, monitoring progress, and facilitating project execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant projects in a dynamic team environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project planning within engineering, construction, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear reports and schedule analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule aligned with the project execution strategy.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define milestones, and identify critical path activities.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and highlight deviations.
• Produce schedule reports, progress updates, and look-ahead plans for project teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams to gather progress data.
• Support schedule impact assessments for variations, changes, and potential delays.
