Job summary

Cap Ingelec Sa in Milan is seeking a Planning Engineer to optimize project timelines on major industrial building projects. You will coordinate subcontractors on site and proactively identify risks and opportunities related to scheduling.

You will develop detailed execution plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to keep on time and within budget. Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 is required, with Italian and English fluency. This role is mainly on-site with travel across Italy.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules;

• Manage the planning of complex, interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost optimization;

• Monitor project progress and implement schedule adjustments to ensure delivery on time and within budget;

• Challenge construction methodologies and technical solutions to improve overall project performance;

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you areopen to frequent travel across Italy.
