CAP INGELEC in Milan (Italy) is seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer to coordinate and manage our on-site HVAC and Mechanical packages for major industrial building projects, from preparatory phases through handover. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 8 years of experience on industrial sites, with leadership, diplomacy, rigour, and a service-oriented mindset.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, and frequent travel across Italy is expected.

Competenze

• Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• At least 8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; diplomacy, rigor, and service orientation.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Based on site with frequent travel across Italy.

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling.
